Your customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP

Message frequency varies based on customer activity and the automations active in your account

Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients

We maintain opt-out records and honor all STOP requests automatically

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers prior to or at the time of their first interaction with your business. By engaging our services, you represent that you will comply with all applicable laws governing SMS marketing, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data and your customers' data is stored within the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, which maintains its own security certifications and infrastructure. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not maintain our own database of customer contact records outside of GHL.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle. However, no system is completely secure. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

6. Data Retention

We retain your business information for the duration of your engagement with us and for up to 12 months thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Contact records within GHL are retained according to GHL's own data retention policies. Upon written request, we will delete your business data from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
