  • Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number of business owners and authorized contacts who submit inquiries or sign service agreements.
  • Client data provided by you: If you are a Meridian Growth client, you may provide us with contact lists containing the names and phone numbers of your own customers. We process this data solely to deliver our services on your behalf.
  • SMS opt-in data: Records of SMS consent, including opt-in method, date, and opt-out requests, maintained in compliance with applicable law.
  • Usage data: Standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver and manage our revenue recovery services on behalf of our clients
  • Send and track automated SMS communications to your clients on your behalf
  • Process billing and payments through our payment processor
  • Respond to inquiries and provide client support

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use your clients' contact data for any purpose other than delivering the specific services you have engaged us to provide.

4. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

Meridian Growth sends SMS messages to your clients on your behalf as part of our managed services. All SMS campaigns are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier regulations, including A2P 10DLC registration requirements.

  • SMS messages are sent only to contacts who have provided prior express written consent, or where an established business relationship exists as permitted by law.
  • Every SMS campaign includes clear opt-out instructions (e.g., reply STOP to unsubscribe).
  • Opt-out requests are honored immediately and contacts are not messaged again.
  • Message and data rates may apply to recipients depending on their mobile carrier plan.

If you receive an unwanted SMS message sent by Meridian Growth on behalf of one of our clients, you may reply STOP to opt out, or contact us at [email protected] to request removal.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party platforms to deliver our services. Each has its own privacy policy and data processing practices:

  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.): Our core CRM and automation platform, used to manage contacts, workflows, and SMS delivery.
  • Mailgun (Sinch): Email delivery infrastructure for our sending domain.
  • Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.
  • Google LLC: Google Review integration and analytics.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses standard cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our pages. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect information in our systems, including access controls, encrypted connections, and limited data access on a need-to-know basis. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
